Upgrade to Bevy 0.17

Hi,

It would be great if we updated this crate to support Bevy 0.17 as it has been out for nearly 2 months now.

I didn't look into what changes need to be made yet but here is the migration guide: https://bevy.org/learn/migration-guides/0-16-to-0-17/.

Thanks. I did tried to upgrade and it was more or less trivial. However the egui demo needs to know if egui wants the input or not (if not than it is used by the camera controller). And this does not work anymore (because of egui_dock) I tried to work around the issue but without success (yet).

I do not have much free time but I suppose it would be best to do the upgrade even if the egui example does not work correctly anymore. I will try when I have some free time.
