Support native text fields on Android and HTML platforms

I can't find any AndroidTPPlatform or HtmlTPPlatform classes to register as the tripleplay platform, so I guess there's no support yet for native text fields on these platforms. I'm not supposed to use the JavaTPPlatform on those other platforms, am I?

The native text fields on Java look nice, so I'd like to have similar support on Android and HTML.

Yeah, unfortunately no one has implemented those yet, and the project we were working on which motivated the implementation of the Java and iOS bits is now on the back burner. If anyone wants to take a crack at it, I'd be happy to review a pull request. :)
