ui_text-input Setting 0 to wait for Enter did not worked

Hello, 
I found an issue. 
The text input node does not publish any message when I set the delay to 0 and press ENTER or TAB.

When I have checked the On Change checkbox and set it to 0. It publish message after each symbol
When I don't have checked the On Change checkbox it did not publish any message. 

Node-red v2.1.2
npm:  8.5.4
Windows 10
