Add extraParams argument to the OAuth2 schema

This is listed here. react-simple-oauth2-login added support for this, so all that would need to be updated is the pipeline from the schema to that send

We have to send this in OAuth2.jsx. This just requires including a dictionary in the OAuth2 schema which would allow this
