Will wait on openai support before implementing. Hopefully should be a new content type, but it's possible the longer generation times will require some new UI.

Actually, for openAI, I think you need to use the built-in image generation tool, https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/tools-image-generation. This requires the responses API, so is blocked by #365.
