In addition to the twitter icon that links to #rstats in the footer, add a mastodon link that goes to https://fosstodon.org/tags/rstats and a bluesky link that goes to https://bsky.app/profile/andrew.heiss.phd/feed/aaaeckvqc3gzg maybe? (not 100% sure how hashtags and feeds work on bluesky)

Somewhat related (but feel free to break out as a separate issue): update the text here to be more platform agnostic instead of only mentioning Twitter
