Bitnami arm64 image

Hello,

Bitnami postgresql images support both amd64 and arm64. It would be very helpful to have timescaledb bitnami compatible images to also support arm64 architecture.

Hi @scavlev, we are no longer building Bitnami images due to the recent change in Bitnami's LTS support -- https://github.com/timescale/timescaledb/releases/tag/2.18.0
