Warning logs on Install

**What happened?**
On install or update of Promscale deployment, we see warning logs.

**Did you expect to see something different?**
I expect no warning logs install, or update.

**How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)**:
On helm install.

**Environment**:

* tobs installation method:

- [ ] cli
- [X] helm chart

* tobs version: `0.11.3`
