Border for spaceline

Can you put a border around the spaceline, as exists in the Spacemacs dark theme?

I've been messing around with this locally and haven't found a great color which makes this look alright with spaceline across most of the themes. The other downside is that spaceline uses the normal mode-line faces, so if it's changed for spaceline we need to commit to that for the plain mode-line as well.

Anyway, the :box attribute on the mode-line faces is what you're looking for.

Feel free to mess with that and submit something. :)
