ABNORMAL_CALIBRATION_VOLTAGE

Hello,
I'm trying to drive this motor using the Tinymovr M5.2:

This is during calibration. Voltage is set to 15V and 20V, both throw the same error. When I try to manually set the motor up using Gimbal mode, I get: POLE_PAIRS_OUT_OF_RANGE

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
