Error 401: Unauthorized

Looks like new Plex security changes have caused some problems. Can get recording listings, but below occurs when initiating local download or stream. Player times out. Issue occurs with FreeNAS/FreeBSD PMS and Windows PMS, also local web browser on the Windows PMS to that url.
