Hello,the xMarkerFinder is a wonderful tutorial.I encountered an issue when performing Confounder analysis in Web tutorial. I carefully checked my Feature_count file and compared the differences between my_meta and example_meta, but it did not resolve the problem. I am sure that the file I uploaded meets the requirements in Must-Read Tips.Thank you.
