Gracefully handle and create tests for bad emails

e.g.

• emails from supported makes with non-image attachments
• emails from supported makes without any attachments
• random emails that aren't from supported cell cams and could have any kind of content
• emails w/o necessary metadata (e.g. Cuddelinks without their CAM_ID's set)
