Order cameras alphabetically in camera modal #206

It gets really unwieldy with large numbers of cameras (e.g. Island Spotted Skunks project).

It also would be really helpful to show the deployment names and not just the camera serial numbers.

In general the Manage Camera modal's UI leaves a lot to be desired. It needs a redesign.
