Add type safety to the repo

This won't be a small task I think, but could definitely help spotting some bugs and making the maintainability better.

The reason I haven't added it so far is because style-dictionary-play was a quick and dirty product. I built it in a week and other tasks quickly filled up my backlog, so I just never got to doing this 😅 .
