Inactive debug buttons

I exactly do the tutorial as explained here https://medium.com/eclipse-che-blog/adding-a-new-debug-adapter-is-easy-823c79ce34a0
However, when I click on "Start Debugging" button, the blue ones do not become "clickable" and remain inactive.
Any idea please how to resolve this issue?!
