Add claim plugin support like grief prevention and grief defender

Players that are not trusted to open chests on claims can use the clean inventory command to sort them.

I'd like the addition of claims support for plugins like grief prevention and grief defender (what I use) to prevent players from using the clean inventory command if they don't have permission to open chests. And the ability to disable the option in the config.

There is one feature that could help you out right now. You can change the mode of the cleaning item: /cleaningitem openEvent true
In this mode the plugin sorts all detectable inventories you can open while holding the cleaning item. Thus if your protection plugin disables the feature to open chest of others you will not be able to sort those chests or other blocks with inventories.
But /cleaninventory still work then (but can be deactivated via permissions).
