README.md gives a pretty clear tutorial on how to create your own translation:

1. Fork this repository
2. Create a new directory in spec folder for the new translation, for example, ru
3. Duplicate spec/en folder contents into the newly created ru
4. In this new folder update _locale.md with the name of the language in its own alphabet
5. Translate the contents of all other files

By the way, I invite you to my pull request - I am making a Russian translation too! ^^

README.md предоставляет довольно понятное руководство по созданию собственного перевода:

1. Форкните этот репозиторий
2. Создайте новую папку в папке `spec` для нового перевода, например, `ru`
3. Дублируйте содержание папки `spec/en` в новенькую `ru`
4. В этой новой папке обновите `_locale.md` с самоназванием языка
5. Переведите содержание остальных файлов
