Configure file pocket_L1L2_8MHz has the PLL frequency for L1 at 1573.420 MHz

I noticed that in the .conf file. The file pocket_L1L2_8MHz.conf has the L1 channel locked at 1573.420 MHz instead of 1575.420 MHz. Is this intentional ? Is there a reason behind this ?

In the conf, the IF-frequency is set to 2.0 MHz for I-sampling.
