Package doesn't work with chrome out of the box

I installed the package but it doesn't seem to be working.

Is there any reason this wouldn't work with {{> Template.dynamic template=main}} ?

Or if all the page navigations are built of of <a>href='/routename'</a> ?

any reason it wouldn't work with any of these packages?

UPDATE:

I found the issue is in Chrome. I tested safari and the functionality worked.

I have not tested the other browsers yet.

Confirmed here. Works for me in Firefox, but not Chrome
