iPad - Tool Tip indicator and Drop Down list text is getting overlapped

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Click Lets Talk Button
4. App Open Talk To Sale Form
5. Click the drop down list
6. Scroll down the list and observe UI

Actual behavior
Tool Tip indicator and Drop Down list text is getting overlapped

Expected behavior
Tool Tip indicator and Drop Down list text should not get overlapped
