iPad - Unable to close the “This Field Is Required” tool tip message ( Follow Below Steps )

This issue is intermittent , kindly execute below scenario for 10 to 12 times

To Reproduce

1. Login in to https://www.topcoder.com/
2. ( Do Login With Valid Credentials)
3. Click Lets Talk Button
4. App Open Talk To Sale Form
5. Click Drop Down list and close the drop down by clicking out side
6. Now Click Submit button
7. App display Tool Tip message and Drop Down list
8. Click Submit button 4 to 6 times
9. App display the “This Field Is Required” tool tip message
10. Close the prompt and
11. Observe the UI

Actual behavior
Unable to close the “This Field Is Required” tool tip message

Expected behavior
App should close the “This Field Is Required” tool tip message
