Unable to change production environment variables in portainer

When trying to change environment variables for production in portainer, the following error is shown:

This is blocking the deployment of our ToS;DR-OTA integration to production.
Evan told me that Justin is looking into it, and that it has something to do with the container's mounted volumes (being owned by root?)
