Investigate why recent Agave commits cause things to break

I think the difference is somewhere in here: anza-xyz/rust@solana-tools-v1.43...solana-tools-v1.44

I think the problem has something to do will malformed DWARF.

With 86faa21, dwarfdump target/depoly/foo.so >/dev/null produces:
