Feature: Display regions on the minimap

First of all, great thanks for such a great extension folks!

It would be nice if the highlighted regions (audited, finding, etc.) are displayed on the Minimap and/or Scrollbar Markers. It would be more easily understand the approximate coverage percent and uncovered code areas.

Hello @skavans, thanks for opening an issue.
the findings and notes regions are already displayed in the scrollbar.
Displaying which part has been reviewed also makes sense, but it might clash with the findings and notes. I need to experiment to see if all information can be clearly displayed at the same time.

Unfortunately, these decorations can't be added to the minimap due to a VSCode API limitation; I added them to the overview ruler (where the scroll bar is)
