`replace` operations not accounted for in log based replication

The replace change event (as documented here) is not currently accounted for in log based replication. Therefore if replicating with log based streaming, documents changed via the replace operation will not be reflected in the target data store.

I found this when debugging systematic inconsistencies between our DWH and the MongoDB source data. The fix is relatively straightforward. I have implemented it in a branch locally and we are currently running this fix on our EL processes. Would you like me to push and open a PR for review? (I will need permission to push my branch)
