imagemagick.xpl - copying error

There is a copying error when using absolute windows paths as an output directory parameter.
Maybe this could be fixed by changing the value of $image-stripped-outpath from @os-path to @rel-path like already done in the args-option of the p:exec.

For example the "C:" in the path is cutted out:
