Add possibility in `defaults/settings_dsl` for "deprecated" features.

Currently we have three types of settings: unsupported (with error),`#ignore`d ones and active ones. We can consider adding a class where instead of `unsupported` we could say `deprecated` (and only give an error if `visudo` is used), or only give an error message if the user tries to change the setting from the default one.
