Performance data not refereshing - Snapshot Age show RED for many items.

Server Instance -->Checks-->Collection Dates - Snapshot Age shows Red for several references. Please include a FQA item as how to keep all the snapshots current.

Looks like DBADash cant connect to a source connection. Do you have any events in the DBADash Error log for given instance?

It's possible the instance is offline or there is an issue running the collections for this instance. The only collections that are green are ones that run infrequently - it looks like it's been 14+hrs since any collection has ran for this instance.

You can check the offline instances tab under the checks node of the tree which should provide some more info if the service can't connect to the instance. The next place to check is the DBA Dash ErrorLog tab under the checks node. Or the Logs folder where the service is running. There is a doc here for general troubleshooting.

If messaging is enabled you can trigger collections to run on demand by clicking the Run Now link on the Collection Dates tab. If there is an issue, you should see the error in the status bar at the bottom of the page. You can also use the "Trigger Collections" link on the top right to trigger all the collections in a warning/critical state.

If you have a very large number of SQL instances it's possible the collections might be misfiring because there is not enough threads available. This can be configured on the Options tab of the config tool if needed, but in most cases the auto generated thread count should be fine.
