Resolved Alerts counted as Active

I have recived 6 email for an alert. 4 for "Active" and 2 for "Resolved".

The message of the last email is:

The message with the "closed" alarm notification is not arrived. I think that the counters should be separated between active and resolved, and that in any case a final message indicating that the alert is resolved should be sent.

One issue to consider is alerts thay yoyo between active and resolved state. Depending on how we handle alerts, we might keep getting spammed.
It might work better for you if you increase the retrigger threshold (on the notification channel schedule). You will still get the resolved notification but it won't keep sending updates every 10min using up the 6 notifications. You can also increase the max notifications in Options\Repository Settings\Maximum number of alert notifications to send.
