SEP vocabulary is deprecated #386
Description
The module makes use of the SEP vocabulary (e.g. SEP:00195 for biological sample) but according to the OBO Foundery, the SEP vocabulary is deprecated. I think the solution here is to leave the existing fields that use these terms for backwards compatiblity but to create new fields that provide duplicated functionality but use non-deprecated terms.
