Right now, if you look up a non-verified VASP in the directory, a partial record is returned; should only verified VASPs be returned? Current thinking is that all records (including non- and not-yet-verified VASPs) should be returned.
If so, we should include additional details to help a user decide how they want to proceed with the information that is available. But, we also want to be selective — for instance, should different amounts of data be returned if the request is mTLS authenticated, e.g. PII data like the Legal Person record?
