Show color syntax'ed output plan?

This github actions works great. Anyone figure out a way to show color syntax'ed output of a terraform plan. Would love to show this in a step in my workflow, i've tried manipulating a terraform show, no luck.

GitHub Issues support Markdown for formatting, but they do not natively support colored text. A workaround is using inline HTML tags.
Since you are working with Terraform you must have noticed that the plan tf generates a plan which is quite long and the GitHub issues have a character limit of 65535. If we use HTML tags, replace ANSI for green with a tag that will exceed the limit and thereby either erroring out or you would be cutting the plan for issue body.

But this is nice to have enhancements. Perhaps we should keep this colored text as optional with a default of false.
