Make validation possible in PR directly #168

- I have searched through the current feature requests and did not find any that were related.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm actually using this extension when I open a PR, I need a a manual validation in the middle of it.
I have a published report in my PR that needs review before going further.
It would be great if we could have the validation request in the same PR instead of a new issue.
Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of opening an issue each time we run the workflow, it would be great to have a message appended to the PR.
