Add the username of the approver to the outputs #190

- I have searched through the current feature requests and did not find any that were related.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A certain procedure or decision has to be made based on the approver, and to do that, we need to know who approved the issue. Scraping it from the issues api is very unreliable and susceptible to errors.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if we could add a new output to the action which tells us the username of the user who approved the issue.
