Not sure where else to ask this. I've received nothing since May 2022. I sent an email... it was received but not sent to the list.
A bit more concerning: lists.dmarc.org doesn't respond to pings, and the associated web pages don't respond.

The dmarc.org lists seem to be out of commission, the links to their lists all 404.

I am likely to spin up some temporary mailing lists shortly on my own infra, in the interest of modernizing things, but I'm attempting to do some triage of some of the other issues (like CVE's) first.

Your question was about lists.dmarc.org, which I think at this point is a stale DNS entry.
