How can we help ?Hello Trust Wallet Support team,

My name is [YOUR NAME], I represent the Euro Finance (EURC) project ([email protected]).

We recently submitted a token logo/listing update to the official trustwallet/assets repository on GitHub:

PR: #34533
Token: Euro Finance (EURC) – BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)
Contract: 0x6ec6968D9869e024c7B05429fFcB8e8794c610c6

The pull request was closed by a contributor with the following main reasons:

  1. The token is “just a copy of EURC” / plagiarism.
  2. “Stable coins will not be accepted.”

We respectfully disagree with both points and would like to request a more formal, criteria-based review by the core Trust Wallet team.

About the ticker and “copy of EURC”

Euro Finance (EURC) is an independent multi-chain EUR-pegged project with its own contracts, website, whitepaper, markets and community. To our knowledge, the ticker “EURC” is not an exclusive or trademark-protected name; many Web3 projects share similar three-letter tickers without this being considered plagiarism.

If there is a specific existing EURC implementation or trademark we are allegedly copying, we would appreciate a concrete reference (contract address, issuer, legal entity, etc.), so we can address this properly. A generic statement “copy of EURC” without evidence is very difficult for us to respond to and feels unprofessional.

About “stable coins will not be accepted”

Trust Wallet currently displays prices and supports a large number of stablecoins in the app. Because of that, the statement that “stable coins will not be accepted” is confusing for us.

If there is a new internal policy that stablecoins are no longer accepted via the assets repository, we kindly ask you to share a link to the official documentation or guidelines. Otherwise, it appears that the rejection is based on a subjective decision rather than a documented rule.

Project legitimacy

We are ready to provide any documentation you may need:

If there is a specific checklist we must satisfy (KYC, audits, legal entity information, minimum liquidity, etc.), we would be grateful if you could share it so we can comply.

Our request

We kindly ask:

  1. For PR Add Euro Finance (BEP20) #34533 to be reviewed again based on clear, written criteria rather than assumptions about the ticker; and/or
  2. For another maintainer or core team member to review the project and provide a detailed explanation of what is missing for EURC to be accepted.

We are building Euro Finance seriously and in good faith, and we want to work with Trust Wallet in a transparent and constructive way. Decisions like this have reputational impact both for our project and for Trust Wallet, which is why we are asking for a fair and documented review instead of a quick closure.

Thank you very much for your time and help.
We look forward to your clarification.

Best regards,
Euro Finance team
