Alarms status

As you can see in the screenshots, there are six possible status options to change the alarm mode. However, Ring only supports three statuses. How does Homey/Home Assistant retrieve the additional statuses? Is there anything I can do to resolve this discrepancy?

I don't really understand your question. If my translation skills are adequate that is roughly:

Disarmed
Armed Home
Armed Away
Armed Night
Armed Holiday (Vacation?)
Armed Adjusted (Bypass?)

As you properly note, Ring only has three arming modes, there are no other modes. Home Assistant also supports additional arming modes, and the device discovery data sent by ring-mqtt specifies the supported modes so that Home Assistant hides any unsupported arming modes from the UI. I would assume this is possible in Homey as well, but this is a question for Homey forums vs here as I can't make Ring support modes that it doesn't have.

Ah thanks for your answer. I was hoping there was an way to disable that other statuses in HomeAssistant since i then dont have to do all the hassle. So if you know how to remove those statuses in general?

Unfortunately, I don't have any deep knowledge of Homey. Does it support Home Assistant MQTT discovery messages directly, or do you have to add MQTT devices manually to some configuration. If it is automatic, then it should be able to remove the additional modes automatically because, as mentioned, the discovery information published includes the list of supported modes which Home Assistant uses to know what modes the specific alarm supports and suppresses other modes. It's possible that Homey simply doesn't have this feature or works differently in some way.

I can create custom devices in homey, they gave me this information:

You can add a javascript function to convert the parameter value, and return a converted/calculated value value, which should be set as the capacity value of the Homey device. Please use the correct data type.

(value) => { return value * 100; }

This multiplies the HA value by a factor of 100 as the Homey capacity value.

from ISO to local date:

(value) => { return new Date(value).toLocaleString('de-DE', {timeZone: 'Europe/Berlin', hour12s: false, hour: '2-digit', minute: '2-digit', day: '2-digit', month: '2-digit', year: 'numeric' }); }

Replace 'de-DE' with your timezone, e.g. nl-NL

However I dont know what to do now. Maybe you can help me?

They are just telling you how Homey works with Javascript templates (not that different from Home Assistant really), however, I can't help you with this as I can only tell you want ring-mqtt does, I can't help you with how to make Homey interpret those results. You'll have to get help from Homey experts or figure it out unfortunately.
