Add support for Ring Outdoor Smart Plug

Do you need something specific from the logs? This is the main thing I see:

I'm guessing it would be possible, but at a minimum I would need the full device discovery data as I don't own any Ring smart lighting at all so that code development has only been possible due to other users that have been willing to provide such data and do lots of testing.

Thanks for the discovery data, I've created an issue to track this FR. One question, it's clear that there's a device, named "Outdoor Smart Plug" and that device has two components, "Outlet A" and "Outlet B". Is this just the default name and can the individual outlets be renamed, or what about the master device? Also, is it possible to set the class on the device (i.e. light vs switch, etc). Do the individual outlets show up as separate devices in the Ring app?

Been digging a little bit on this and I have some additional questions.

It looks like the outlets can be added to a light group. If you add the outlets to a light group I'd expect it to work even now as light groups are already supported. Does this not work?

Also, do the outlets have settings similar to lights like duration, etc, or is it just on/off and that it?

Outdoor Smart Plug is the device name and it looks like it can't be renamed. The outlet A / B are names that I entered to match the labels I stuck on the front. Each outlet shows as a different device with its own settings and grouping ability. I am guessing the class is light at that is what it says next to the on/off switch in the app.

Also did some testing with groups. You can add each to the same or different groups. There is no option for duration unless there is a motion sensor in the same group.

Thanks, really useful. I'd suspect that if you add them to a group they will "just work" even now, but, as noted below, I've already made a firt attempt to implement these currently in the dev branch. If you can test this at some point it would be greatly appreciated. It's unlikely to work "first time", but it's mostly just like the other beam devices so maybe (crossing-fingers).
