MQTT Announcements for actions triggered on the Ring app

Hi,

I'm trying to create HA automations in response to actions triggered by the Ring app, but I listened to the ring topic and apparently ring2mqtt doesn't publish such kind of announcements for my Intercom. 

Is it technically feasible? is it something that can be implemented? Or am I missing something and I'm looking in the wrong place?

What are actions triggered by the Ring app? I have no idea what you are asking about, please provide concrete examples of what you are trying to do.

Hi, Sorry if my request wasn't clear, specifically, I'm talking about the unblocking action triggered from the vendor application. I'd like HA to be aware of it via mqtt. Thanks

Again, I have no idea what this is, what is an "unblocking action", what is a "vendor application", I have zero idea what any of this is. Maybe some screenshots or links to Ring documentation on such features would help clarify?

I use Ring Intercom to open my building door, I can use this function in HA and use it as an action in my automations. I wish I could use this function as a trigger instead, receiving a notification via mqtt when someone of my family opens the building door from the Ring App (see attachments).

That's a bit more clear, but I still think something is unclear. For ring-mqtt, the intercom is presented as a lock, you can send a command to this lock to unlock the door, or you can monitor it's state and use it as a trigger when it changes to unlock state for any reason.

Yes, exactly, that's the point: I can send the unlock command via mqtt but I don't receive any state update for my lock entity, when I open the door from the native app. It looks like the communication is one-way only.
