MQTT broker Connection refused: Not authorized

I am having Broker issue after the last core update. I cant get my ringMQTT or my GoveeMQTT addons to work. They are showing error as above. I have ensured my config if exactly what is stated in the setup instructions. Not sure what I need to do differently. I have not setup an login credentials:

I read through another post on this discussion board about someone else with the same issue.

The developer suggested a full reboot, not just a HA restart. I went ahead and tried it went it worked, I have my Ring alarm entities now available again in MQTT.

Suggest you try performing a full system reboot and see how you get on

Yes, in general, this is all that is required, a full reboot vs a Home Assistant restart. Updating core and restarting does not restart addons, but if core decides to update the internal password used for MQTT, the addons must be restarted, easiest thing to do is just reboot the whole box, which is an option from the UI, just not the default option for some reason (I guess because restarting core is faster and generally works).

I did a full reboot and still having same issue. I added a login and it seems be communicating but none of the devices show be connected. Then it started doing this in the logs.

That is just normal logs, no errors there. I'm sorry but I can't really help with basic MQTT connectivity issues, there's nothing ring-mqtt specific here.
