Refactor multi- and hybrid-arc dependent variable interface

With this pull request:

the functionality of the dependent variable interfaces are improved and extended. One open task is to modify the retrieval of dependent variables, and dependent variable indices, for multi- and hybrid-arc interfaces. At the moment, these will only work correctly (?) if the dependent variable settings are equal for all arcs.
