Rerun optimization examples when tudatpy and pygmo are compatible

With tudatpy v0.9.0, tudatpy and pygmo cannot be installed in the same conda environment due to a mismatch in the required boost version (see tudat-team/tudat#285).
When this has been resolved, rerun all examples that require pygmo and verify their working in v0.9 (all examples in pygmo/ as well as cassini1_mga_optimization.ipynb and hodographic_shaping_mga_optimization.ipynb in mission_design/)
