ERROR 4: Unable to open EPSG support file gcs.csv.

Hello,

I have run the script a several times before without this error and suddenly the following message appears:

ERROR 4: Unable to open EPSG support file gcs.csv. Try setting the GDAL_DATA environment variable to point to the directory containing EPSG csv files.

I haven't moved any of the files in the directory.
Thank you very much for any hint on how to proceed.
