Add all relevant utilities to the 'AdvancedPropagator'

I've recently talked to a long-time user of PROPOSAL who started writing his scripts based on the AdvancedPropagator example.

He assumed that the example given there is physically complete. However, in the given example "we stick to the mandatory utilities.". This might make sense from a didactic point of view, but the user might not expect that some key aspects of the propagation are missing (for the example given there, this is notably the decay utility, meaning that the muons simulated in this notebook will never decay).

I would propose to at least add the decay utility there, and maybe also multiple scattering?
