Improve colour blindness accessibility

The nominal/non-nominal value displays, as well as the plots, should be easily recognizable even with at least the common forms of colourblindness, like deuteranopia. This could either be done by permanently changing the colours, or by implementing it as a setting. Ideally, the result should still look good as well.
