After creating group I need to retrieve autogenerated message like You created Group, Niraj Added You etc.

It's "application side messages" - the app generates based on messages jid (group) receives, the content depends on language and other settings.
Like events.GroupInfo or events.JoinedGroup or other protocolMessage (like disappearing settings)

You need to listen it, save it in your storage and show it on your side as you wish.
