1. can we use:
   https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Data.Sqlite.Core/9.0.9?_src=template

for connecting c# .net core with ur library?

2. and can we use the new features that u are providing in it, using this nuget library?

3. is there different steps to using ur project with .net core?
