Load App after reboot?

Hi everyone,
I installed Pake and successfully created an app, which worked fine initially. However, after rebooting my Windows PC, the app no longer launches when I click the shortcut/link. I've tried restarting Pake, but the app still won't start.

Any ideas what might be going wrong or how to fix it?
