Tooltips not working on "Try it on Stackblitz" and "Copy code" buttons of the examples in the doc (Astro)

Describe the issue

Since Astro migration, on some pages, the tooltips on the "Try it on Stackblitz" and "Copy code" buttons of the examples work well, but on some other, they don't, and we have a title instead...

(same on Chrome and Firefox)

We can resolve this by ensuring that the tooltip initialization logic is triggered after each page load or hydration in Astro.

In our Astro layout or wherever we handle client-side behavior, make sure to re-initialize tooltips using the Bootstrap API like this:

document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', () => {
  // Initialize all tooltips
  document.querySelectorAll('[data-bs-toggle="tooltip"]').forEach((el) => {
    new Tooltip(el);
  });
});

In some cases with Astro's client-side navigation, you might need to re-run this logic after navigation events if the DOM is updated dynamically.
